Leonard Builders is a 'design + build' residential contracting company, providing design, construction, remodeling and repair services for your home improvement projects.

Design service: we enjoy meeting with clients to understand their needs and vision, and then creating drawings showing floor plans, elevation views, electrical schematic, and other information. Our quotes complete the package with many other specifications, schedule, and pricing. We believe in planning the work, and working the plan. We want you to see and understand the project.

Our design fees start at:

  • Bathroom plans - $200.
  • Kitchen plans - $400.
  • Deck plans - $400.
  • Porch plans - $700.
  • Sunroom plans - $700.
  • Garage plans - $800.

In addition, we work with licensed surveyors and septic designers to provide site plans when requested.

We can start with your ideas, and provide you with more. Then, create a preliminary set of plans for you to look at, and give us your feedback.  Then, revise the plans until you love them.

From these plans, our craftsmen can work efficiently to complete your home improvements on time and within budget.

Construction services: our full-time staff of carpenters, and our proven subcontractors, can expertly complete every part of your home improvements. 

  • Year round.
  • Quick turnaround.
  • Work on your project, uninterrupted, until it is complete.

Remodeling services: our crews will re-build parts of your home, while protecting the other parts, efficiently for earliest completion to get your home back to normal, and able to enjoy the changes.

  • Note that if any part of your home was built before 1978, we will not work on it unless you have had lead paint testing, and remedies, made beforehand.
  • Special attention is given to protecting your home and furnishings.
  • Communication to keep you posted of our schedule, where we will affect your home during each day, and of changes that you may want or need.

Repair services: include roof leaks, water damage, sticking doors, and other nagging problems.

  • Emergency service may be available for your urgent repairs. Call us when you need help.
  • Work can be scheduled to fit your circumstances.
